This application has been filed consequent to the death of Ravi who is shown as the 7th respondent. His wife Parvathy is already a respondent / 6th respondent. Since one of the legal heir is already a respondent necessity to file applications to condone delay in bringing on record other legal heirs would not arise and therefore, this application is allowed and the Registry may indicate in the main revision petition that the 7th respondent, Ravi had already died and bring on record the respondents 10 and 11 namely, Kanagaraj and Dhanam.
