The petitioner seeks direction upon the respondent/Police to register a case and investigate the matter in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint given by her on 28.02.2015. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent/Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending on the file of the second respondent/Police and the Additional Public Prosecutor pressed that the petitioner may be directed to co-operate with the second respondent/Police for conducting investigation.

In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with direction to the petitioner to co-operate with the investigation and produce all necessary records to the second respondent/Police.
