Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of interim stay of the execution and enforcement of the order dated 11.07.2017 passed by I Addl. Labour court Chennai, the 1st respondent, in C.P.No. 450 of 2008 pending disposal of the writ petition.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.R.RAGHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.V.DHANAPALAN, Advocate for M/S.T.FENNWALTER & ASSOCIATES on behalf of the 2nd Respondent the court made the following order:- Interim stay granted on 16.07.2018 is made absolute, subject to the condition that the petitioner / management shall deposit an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The claimants are permitted to withdraw only the amount of Rupees One Lakh, which is the balance available, out of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three lakhs only) deposited already. The claimants are not permitted to withdraw the amount now ordered to be deposited, by this Court today.

3. Counter to be filed by the respondents by 05.09.2018. Post for final hearing on 10.09.2018. Registry is directed to call for the records at once.
