COMMON PRAYER: Writ petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.144 Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department dated 20.11.2017 and to quash the portion of the order which directs for the de recognition of the pre foundation course and foundation courses completed prior to the passing of the Government Order also and consequently direct the respondent to treat the completion of the course prior to the said date of 20.11.2017 as valid for all service purposes.
