ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.313 of 2013 from its file to the file of the second respondentCBCID.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that the investigation in Crime No.313 of 2013 was completed and final report also has been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate as early as 02.05.2014 and the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri has taken the same on its file as C.C.No.39 of 2014.
