(3D) No.12 dated 01.02.2013 and the proceedings of CMDA dated 14.12.2010 in not approving the revised plan for regularization of building put up at Old Door No.24, New No.78, North Mada Street, Mylapore, Chennai-4, by quashing the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to accord approval by way of granting planning permission for the said building put up in the subject property above.
