ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider his representation, dated 26.11.2014, and the subsequent proposal forwarded by the third respondent to the second respondent, dated 3.12.2014, within a stipulated time.

2. Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

second respondent may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, within a stipulated time.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into account the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.11.2014 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
