Heard Mr.S.Udaya Kumar, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr.G.Vasuthevan, learned counsel for the first respondent.

The applications are filed seeking change of cause title.

The writ petitions were filed by the propriety concern through its proprietor. The proprietor is dead. The applicants claim to be the legal heirs of the proprietor.

Learned counsel for the first respondent opposes the applications on the ground that no jural relationship exists between the first respondent and the applicants.

The same would be the subject matter of consideration in the appeals.

The present applications are only for accepting the cause title for the purpose of filing the appeals.

In the light of that, for the purpose of filing the appeals, the applications are allowed and are disposed of.
