Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to remove the names of respondents 3 and 4 in the revenue records in respect of T.S. No. 81 of Ambalavanasamy Temple Street, Gugai, Salem within a reasonable time by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 09.09.2015. For Petitioner ::

The petitioner made a representation on 09.09.2015 to respondents 1 and 2 alleging that patta has been wrongly issued in favour of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in respect of T.S. No. 81 of Ambalavanasamy Temple Street, Gugai, Salem. As no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition. 2.

Considering the fact that the representation of the petitioner, with regard to the relief sought, is pending consideration with the 2nd respondent, being the competent authority, direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2015, after affording reasonable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

opportunity to the petitioner as well as to respondents 3 and 4, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
