ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences under Section 366(A) and Section 4 r/w 5(1) r/w 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Spl.C.C.No.14 of 2016 on the file of learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track (Mahila Court) Namakkal, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been appearing before the Court all along without fail and that on 21.12.2016, the petitioner attended to his friend's mother's condolence, so the petitioner could not appear before the trial Court and that NBW was issued against the petitioner on the same day.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the learned Magistrate has issued Non Bailable Warrant for non appearance on 21.12.2016.

4. In view of the above position, the petitioner has to take steps before the same Court which issued the warrant and the

question of anticipatory bail does not at all arise. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
