Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.42 of 2013 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police to the 3rd respondent or some other agency in the same district.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.42 of 2013 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police to the 3rd respondent or some other agency in the same district.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.336 of 2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tirukoilur.
