(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) It is undisputed that the petitioner failed to produce the eligibility certificate issued within the window period of five years preceding the date of notification, but claims to be now in possession of certificates which he would entitle. The petitioner infact seeks an answer to his query whether the petitioner would be eligible for recruitment in future under sports category, if those certificates are taken into account.

2. The aforesaid is only a hypothetical exercise for the reason that all this will depend on when the next recruitment takes place and what are the norms of the recruitment. If he has any doubt, it is at that stage, it has to be clarified. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. There is no purpose in entertaining this writ petition at this stage.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed. No costs.
