ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents, more particularly the 2nd and 3rd respondent to take steps to shift the TASMAC Shop No.9797 situated in the ECR Road at Vepanchery Village, Thiruthuraipoondi Taluk, Thiruvarur District to some other nearby objectionable place.
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the relief as such sought for has been already granted and the said TASMAC Shop had already been shifted. In this regard, the proceedings of the District Manager, TASMAC Limited, Thiruvarur dated 19.03.2019 is submitted.
