Vinnappam/ A.Enn165/2018 dated 18.06.2018 and quash the same as highly illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable being violative rules and principles and natural justice and thereby direct the 1st respondent to provide Electricity service connection to the petitioner's premises situated in Old Survey No.34/3, New Survey No.858/6A2 of Ketti Village II, Yellanalli, Coonoor Taluk, The Nilgiris.
