On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, this petition stands ordered. The delay of 26 days in filing the above appeal as against the orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.82 of 2025 in Spl.S.C.No.21 of 2022, dated 24.02.2025 on the file of the learned Special Judge for NIA Cases, Poonamallee, is hereby condoned.

2.It is open to the respondents to raise all the apprehensions touching upon the merits of the main appeal can be raised during the course of adjudication of the main appeal.

All objections raised in this 3.Registry is directed to number the above Crl.A.SR.No.27558 of 2025, if the papers are otherwise in order.
