ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 20.06.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 341,294(b), 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.439 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant with wood, thereby caused injury on the left eye. Hence the complainant.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has been in jail from 14.06.2021. Therefore, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that this the third bail application and the earlier bail applications in Crl.O.P.No.12164 of 2021 dated 14.07.2021 and Crl.O.P.No.13928 of 2021 dated 10.08.2021 were dismissed by this Court He further submits that there are 26 previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and there are 26 previous cases pending against the petitioner and this Court had earlier dismissed the earlier applications filed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
