The petitioner seeks direction upon the respondent/Police to register a case on her complaint, dated 03.12.2014. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent/Police.

It is seen that the petitioner has given complaint to the Chief Minister's Grievance Cell and other higher-ups of Police Department, but, not to the concerned Station House Officer. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with direction to the petitioner to approach the concerned Station House Officer and lodge her complaint with sufficient materials, and in the event of such complaint is being lodged by the petitioner, the Station House Officer is directed to enquire into the matter and take further action in accordance with law by registering a crime, if cognizable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
