ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property. 2.Mr.Balamurugan, Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 24.11.2020 at 3.30 p.m. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and pass final orders, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
