This writ petition is filed seeking for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose the representation dated 19.08.2013 given by the petitioner through his association.

2 Heard Mr. D.Rajagopal, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.N. Manikandan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the records.

3 It is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the Association in which the petitioner is a member, had filed a writ petition in W.P.No.5361 of 2014 for the same prayer and an order was also passed in the above writ petition on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

24.02.2014, pursuant to which, the Revenue Divisional Officer has passed an order dated 30.04.2014 in Na.Ka.A.3/3589/2013, stating that as the cases filed by some of the shop owners before this Court, are pending, final decision would be taken depending upon the results of such writ petitions. It is also stated by the RDO that if the petitioner is aggrieved over the above order dated 30.04.2014, he is at liberty to file a review application before the District Revenue Officer within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the said order. The said order copy of the RDO has been produced for perusal of this Court.
