ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 herein to survey the petitioner's house site property as per the representation of the petitioner dated 05.04.2024.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has given a representation dated 11.03.2024 seeking to survey his house site property the respondents have not taken any steps in this regard. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after 2/4

giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
