ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for a mandamus directing the respondents to promote the petitioner as Graduate Teacher (English), pursuant to inclusion of her name at Sl.No.1 in the panel pertaining to the Secondary Grade Teachers, dated 20.05.2013 prepared by the second respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that after filing this writ petition, the petitioner retired from service on reaching the age of superannuation. Hence, the learned counsel sought liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned afresh for appropriate relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
