C.M.P.Nos.11676, 11679 & 11680 of 2022 have been filed to condone the delay of 972 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement in C.M.P.No.2410 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.137304 of 2019 due to the death of the 1st respondent late Palaniammal and to bring the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent in the appeal C.M.P.No.2410 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.137304 of 2019 due to the death of the 1st respondent late Palaniammal; to set aside the abatement of C.M.P.No.2410 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.137304 of 2019 due to the death of the 1st respondent late Palaniammal and to bring the record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent late Palaniammal, namely her Husband S.Thangavel, Son T.Maheshkumar, Son T.Senthilnathan and Daughter G.Kavitharani, the respondents 7 to 10 herein as respondents 7 to 10 in the above C.M.P.No.

2410 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.137304 of 2019. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the proposed respondents 7 to 10 has no objection for ordering C.M.P.No.11676 of 2022. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of C.M.P.No.11676 of 2022 and recording the objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the proposed respondents 7 to 10, C.M.P.No.
