8845/2017] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.RC.NO.944/2017 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SHANMUGALVEL Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- There shall be an interim order of stay on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- per month as current interim maintenance instead of Rs.14,000/- per month as ordered by the court below continously without fail and also the petitioner shall pay the arrears of maintenance, which comes around Rs.70,000/-, if the rate of interim maintenance is calculated as Rs.10,000 per month. Out of Rs.70,000/- since, the petitioner has already paid a sum of Rs.28000/- to the respondents and the said factor since has been recorded at para no.

33 of the impugned order the remaining amount of Rs.42,000/- towards arrears of maintenance shall be paid by the petitioner.

With those conditions, the order impugned is stayed.
