ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with apprehension that the respondents may interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property in respect of the land in Survey Nos.16/1A and 16/1C at Motham Agraharam Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District to an extent of 2.97 acres.

2. The counter filed by the Special Tahsildar, Adi Dravidar Welfare, Hosur, Krishnagiri District would reveal that the respondents 1 to 3 have no intention to acquire the land in Survey Nos.16/1A and 16/1C at Motham Agraharam Village, Hosur Taluk and at present, there is no proposal to acquire the said land.

3. Since at the time of filing of this Writ petition, there was no proposal to acquire the said land belongs to the petitioner, this Writ petition became infructuous.

4. Accordingly, this Writ petition stands closed. No order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
