0 totally to an extent of 1.38.4 hectares and another property situated in Survey No.62/6E1 to an extent of 0.37 cents, S.No.62/6E2 - 0.37 cents at Kattamadavu Village, Chenagam Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District pending in between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 in S.A.No.327 and 346 of 2008 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondents 3 and 4.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint had lodged by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.245 of 2016 and the second respondent Inspector of Police has conducted an enquiry and closed the complaint on 11.10.2016. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructous. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
