ORDER

Seeking to appoint as a cook in the hostels administered by the second respondent by considering her representation dated 26.10.2015, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she belonged to a schedule caste community and has a very poor family background. She enrolled her name with Employment Exchange, Perambalur on 17.06.2013 and in the year 2014, she was recruited to the post of sweeper.

Whileso, the second respondent issued an advertisement dated 13.10.2015, for recruiting 24 cook post in the hostel administered by the second respondent. The petitioner would further state that she is fully qualified for the cook post and she is also having necessary experience and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

therefore, submitted a representation on 26.10.2015 to the first respondent who inturn, has forwarded the same to the second respondent. Since no action is taken, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Heard Mr.R.Murali, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.E.Raniselvam learned counsel for the respondents.

4. Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court considering the facts and without going into the merits of this case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.10.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and also pass orders, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall communicate the same to the petitioner.
