ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to select and appoint the petitioner to the post of BT Assistant [English] based on the marks secured by him in the Teacher Eligibility Test on par with his juniors and grant consequential benefit, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the recruitment process was already over and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
