This application is filed for an order of interim injunction to restrain the respondents from any way indulging in meddling with dealing with or alienating any part or whole of the suit B schedule property.

2.This Court finds no order of interim injunction has been passed in this application for the last seven years and inasmuch as the prayer is only against alienation of the suit property doctrine lis pendens will be protected.

3.This petition is closed. Applicants are at liberty to reopen if there is imminent need for the same.
