The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 22.07.2014 to transfer the present Enquiry Officer namely Mr.Chandrasekar Sakhamuri and appoint any other https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

available Executive 1st Class Magistrate either from Ariyalur District or any other district to continue the enquiry in C.C.No.Rc.A3/3921 of 2014.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the enquiry had already been completed and the charge sheet also filed before the Judicial Magistrate in C.C.No.30 of 2017 and therefore, the relief sought for lost its relevance.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
