The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 570 days in filing the petition to restore the above appeal.

2. Mr.R.Srinivas, learned counsel entered appearance for the respondent.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given for condoning the delay in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

Hence, the delay is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the restoration petition, if otherwise in order. The Registry is also directed to print the name of the learned counsel when the matter is listed for next hearing.
