2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that they have no serious objection in allowing these applications.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications and considering the fact that there is no serious objections on the side of the respondents for allowing these applications, these applications are allowed. The plaintiffs are permitted to carry out necessary amendment within a period of two weeks.
