The petitioner is the 8th accused in Cr.No.69 of 2024. This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR on the ground that a counter complaint in Cr.No.70 of 2024 been registered and the same is pending investigation to torpedo the said complaint, the present petition is filed.

2. Without adverting into the merits of submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the investigation in both Cr.Nos.69 and 70 of 2024 within a period of three months. The respondent police subject to the outcome of the investigation shall follow the Police Standing order and the guidelines of this Court rendered in connection with case and case in counter.
