This Court has granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 19.06.2024, herein with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.3 lakhs to the credit of Crime No.3 of 2024 before the concerned Magistrate within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and directed the Registry to list the matter today (18.07.2024) for reporting compliance.

3. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 19.06.2024.

6. Accordingly, the order of interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court to the petitioner on 19.06.2024 stands cancelled. Thereby, the Respondent Police is directed to take appropriate steps to secure the petitioner/accused.

7. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
