This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to set aside the order of dismissal dated 14.05.2024 passed by the learned XXVI 1/4

Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore in Crl.MP.No.16044 of 2024 in S.T.C.No.10461 of 2022.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this petition had become infructuous and hence nothing survives for further adjudication. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundles, today, to that effect which reads as follows: " On 20.06.2024 Judgment was pronounced in STC.No.10461 of 2022 by the learned XXVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai. Therefore, nothing survives in this application"

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 21.06.2024 Vv 2/4
