O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order of the 1st respondent culminating in G.O.Ms.No.281 dated 09.09.2009.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that already a Writ Petition in W.P.No.21225 of 2014 was filed for the very same relief in this Petition which was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 17.08.2022. Therefore, this Writ Petition cannot be entertained by this Court as the it is barred by res-judicata.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
