Sulaikal Beevi K.S.M. v. K.S.Mytheen

C.M.P.No.14023 of 2021 in A.S.No.501 of 2020 P.T.ASHA.J., This application has been filed to declare the petitioner as major and permit the petitioner to proceed in her own name by discharging my erstwhile natural guardian Mrs.Mujiba Mydeen in the above first appeal.
