ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to file a final report in FIR No.103 of 2025 dated 29.12.2025 registered by the respondent police.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondent police will complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 3 months from today.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No 103 of 2025 and file a final report within a period of 3 months from today.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
