The petitioner is an agreement holder. He does not have any interest in the immovable property. It was on that ground that the revision was dismissed on 18.04.2024.

KST with the review petitioner and therefore she has lodged a criminal complaint before the District Munsif Court-cum-Judicial Magistrate at Thiruporur. She would plead that the matter may be referred to mediation so that she will be in a position to recover some investment that has been made by her with the first respondent.
3. Being an offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, which is compoundable, the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate at Thiruporur is requested to broach the idea of settlement through mediation in C.C.No.60 of 2024. No ground for review of the order dated 18.04.2024 in CRP No.1660 of 2024 is made out. The Review Application is dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
