The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is the Cable TV Operator and the second respondent is interfering with the operations of the petitioner.
2. The petitioner has obtained a licence and he made a complaint against the second respondent. The said complaint has not been looked into by the first respondent.
3. This Court is of the considered opinion that the complaint was given in the year 2014 and 6 1⁄2 years lapsed. Under these circumstances, the first respondent has to verify the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
facts and circumstances and initiate action, if necessary, by following the procedures as contemplated under Law.
4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
