This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider and thereby disposing the representations made by the petitioner dated 26.08.2020, 27.08.2020 and 01.09.2020 for to conduct adjudication process or investigation expeditiously and during the course of investigation if any cognizable offence is made out shall be taken action according to law and with relevant enactment based on vide CSR.No.424/2020, on petitioner police complaint.

Heard Mr.G.Devarajan, party-in-person, and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Crime No.238 of 2022 on the file of the third respondent Police Station, for the offences under Sections 419, 465, 468 of IPC r/w Section 66(D) of the Information Technology Act.

Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to cost.
