[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to secure the detenu Fahima Sharin, D/o.Jahir Hussain, 6th respondent herein, aged about 22 years, residing at No.6/19, Tazudeen Khan Street, Chepauk, Triplicane, Chennai - 600 005, from the illegal custody of the respondents 6 and 7, produce her before this Court, to forthwith set her at liberty.

It is the case of the petitioner that his friend Fahima Sharin, is in the illegal custody of respondents 6 and 7 and therefore, she requires to be released therefrom. 3.
On our directions, today Fahima Sharin was produced before us by her counsel and when we interviewed her, she stated that her date of birth is 10.08.2002 and she is doing her II year B.A. Islamic Studies in Preston International College. She further stated that she is not in the illegal custody of her parents viz., respondents 6 and 7.
Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition stands closed with a warning that the petitioner shall not disturb Fahima Sharin in future by filing such frivolous petitions or in any other manner.
