Mr.D.Sreenivasan, learned counsel is before this Court on behalf of the writ petitioner.

2.Prayer in the writ petition has been extracted supra. Notwithstanding the prayer, learned counsel for writ petitioner, at the hearing today, submits that he abridges the prayer and restricts it to a plea to mandamus Respondent No.3 to dispose of his representation dated 19.02.2018. To be noted, writ petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2018 is at Page No.15 of the typed-set of papers.

3.Considering the abridged prayer, there shall be a direction to Respondent No.3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2018 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. To be noted, disposal shall be in accordance with law. Respondent No.3 is also directed to communicate a copy of such disposal to the writ petitioner within seven working days from the date of disposal of the representation.

The writ petition is disposed of on above terms. No costs.
