In view of the same, the impugned orders, which are under challenge in these writ petitions are set aside with a

direction to the respective Registering authorities to follow the procedure as directed in the above order. In other words, the direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.30589 of 2013 etc. batch, on 05.04.2017, shall cover these cases also. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
