This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to permit the petitioner to lift ash from the Thermal Power Station-II in Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited (NLC/TPS-II) without insisting any condition.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Stalin, learned counsel appearing for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
