The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the relief sought for in this writ petition for a direction to direct the 5th respondent to dispose of the pending Appeal in No.28 of 2013 on 09.07.2013. However, the said appeal has already been disposed of by the authorities concerned.

2.Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
