Though the document - sale deed dated 17.7.2015 has been registered, the same was kept as pending document No.P201500060 by the respondent. Therefore, the petitioner has come forward to file the present writ petition.

2. In the counter affidavit filed by the respondent, it has been stated that if the petitioner produces patta and encumbrance certificate pertaining to the property, the pending document No.P201500060 dated 17.7.2015 would be released after completing due formalities. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the respondent to release the sale deed bearing document No.P201500060 dated 17.7.2015 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the documents sought to be produced by the petitioner. No costs.
