Pursuant to this Court's order dated 23.06.2025, the Principal District Munsif, Puducherry has forwarded a Report to the Registry dated 19.06.2025, requesting four months' time to dispose of RCOP No.35 of 2019. It is also stated that in RCOP No.35 of 2019, the case is pending for appearance of P.W.1 for cross examination.
