This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2020 forthwith for conduct the proper enquiry and taking action against the erring officials.

Heard Mr.M.Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner is pending for consideration on the file of the second respondent.

Considering the above submissions, the second respondent is directed to dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2020, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to cost.
