O R D E R

The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P. No.40 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Conoor to the Sub Court, Paramakudi.

2. The transfer is sought for mainly on the ground that the husband has given a police complaint against the wife at Conoor and attempted to harass her. Hence, the learned counsel states, that she could not attend the hearings at Conoor.

3. Considering the convenience of the wife as well as the convenience of the husband, HMOP No.40 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Conoor and transferred to the Sub Court, Sivaganga, which is a neutral venue, to be disposed of in accordance with law. The Transfer CMP is disposed of as above. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
