ORDER
The learned counsel for the respondent confirms that the order dated 30.03.2012 in W.P.No.8067 of 2012 was complied on 16.05.2012/26.05.2012 by holding an enquiry. It is submitted that during the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Cont.P.No.2800 of 2014 enquiry it transpired that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the contesting respondents namely Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 in W.P.No.8067 of 2012 and therefore no further orders can be passed pending these civil dispute between them.
2.The learned counsel for the respondent submits that these suits were pending before this Court and have now been transferred to City Civil Court, Chennai. Since Civil Suits are stated to be pending, the respondent cannot be expected take any further action.
3.In view of the same, I do not find any merits in this contempt petition. In any event, the order has been complied with and therefore this contempt petition is closed.
